I've changed my mind about 拘る. I think we should drop the iK tags. Shinmeikai has had the kanji since at least 1997, and Meikyo since at least 2010. It's commonly used in formal writing. I see 拘る so often that I forget it's not in all the refs.
Meikyo has "古い言い方で" for sense 3.
