Comments: | 心当たりありそうですね. Trans: you seem to have an inkling of what it might be So I went to look for "inkling" support and found some. This is the only term given by wiktionary. 心当たりの方 seems like a less common variant of 心当たりのある方, I think [adj-no] should probably go. |

Comments: | I'm not sure we should keep this. Any "vs" entry could have a passive form. I suggest that we only keep entries for passive forms when the meaning could not be easily deduced from the active form, or if it deviates in any way from the meaning of the active form. Having 2 entries risks creating confusion as users might think that this expression has a different meaning. Our 逮捕 entry includes the sense "to capture". Why does this entry not included "to be captured". Is it because it doesn't have this meaning? IMO, having an entry for the passive form will create unnecessary confusion. |

Comments: | Ah. I knew you'd be familiar with a lot of this old computer lingo. That's actually a good argument in favour of keeping it with an explanation. I also wanted to bring to your attention the fact that this page: http://www.edrdg.org/jmdictdb/databaseupdates.html is no longer being updated. I don't know if you want to keep it or not, but it's still there. The date selector stops at 2015. |

Comments: | fj = "from Japan". The Usenet groups originating in Japan all started with "fj". I used to frequent "fj.life.in-japan", AKA "flij". Ah, those were the days. In early 2001 we even had a flij outing to Yokohama, and a dinner in Roppongi. I've still got some pictures. |
