"tease" is rather old-fashioned, and best removed.
I suspect this entry would be best split into two, as the overlap is slight. I'll approve this, then reopen it as someone may want to comment on a split.

* Give various kanji forms (ヤリ友 is very common – seems to be most common form; the formal kanji 遣り友 is very rare, but clarifies the etymology – literally “a friend one ‘does’”).
* Mark as vulgar – this is *not* ok in polite conversation, IME (fellow student almost kicked out of class for using it)
* Give idiomatic “fuck buddy” translation, which also underlines the vulgarity.

(b) maybe it's me and my advanced age, but I feel more comfortable having the complete glosses first and the slangy "alt" later. I also slipped in the BrE "alternative" to supplement the AmE "alternate".
