新和英中辞典 for example does list "dirt"

I don't think the 国語 definitions go well with "dirt", though 
新和英中辞典 does list it. Google images for "dirt" and "泥" 
also show 2 completely different sets of images.

Should this also be "dirt"?  I've seen it used that way, and looking at http://ejje.weblio.jp/content/どろ, some of the referenced definitions just have "mud" but some have both "mud" and "dirt".

I checked the "ichiman" ref, and いずれ is given without kanji. I suggest dropping 孰 altogether. I'll move the "ichi1" tag to 何れ just to keep it working.

It seems to me that 孰 by itself isn't even recognized by these dictionaries, but I'm sure actual examples could be found. Anyway, they all seem to agree that the preferred kanji--when a kanji is used at all--is 何れ, and that an acceptable variant is 孰れ.

this is definitely the way to handle it, if at all...  this is the archaic kana usage for the word, but we don't that carry so much, so is it really [ik] or [ok]?

the only other example i can find where the modern reading includes ず and we included the づ as an additional reading is いたずら.  in that case, the づ is marked as [ik], so i guess it should be here too

I think this is the way to handle Hendrik's suggestion at 2574840. Or maybe even just have いづれ in a note.

I have proposed an entry for 弁 as an abbreviation of 弁当, but there are some issues to be resolved there as there are already 3 other 弁/べん entries. I suggest holding this one until that entry is sorted out.

Hmm. Yes, it's pretty obvious. But キャラ is already in EDICT. I 
was thinking more of 弁 -- its definition doesn't seem to 
include "abbr. for 弁当". Maybe it would be a good idea to add 
that? There are various other **弁 words as well (such as 駅弁) 
which might benefit from having that sense added to the 弁 
entry.

Maybe an xref will do. Its derivation is a bit obvious.
