I think the amendment is kind of problematic because while 
many native speakers will assume that 人身事故 refers to a 
suicide, it is actually used for all kinds of traffic 
accidents resulting in personal injury or death, whether 
intentional suicide or not. It's not a euphemism, it's an 
umbrella term.

Sorry I don't know how to make the correct entry, but the kanji 繁盛 can also have the reading はんせい (but only 繁盛, not 繁昌) with the same meaning. Thanks I hope you can add this information.

I can find a handful of non-EDICT-derived WWW pages using  染まり工合. Since Daijirin has 具合 & 工合 as alternatives, it's not hopelessly wrong, but it probably should be tagged as irregular.
