Comments: | 足を運ぶ is a different sense in the kokugos (sense 2 is [hon]). I'm not sure it's worth adding given that we have an entry for 足を運ぶ. The other examples in the kokugos for that sense (歩を運ぶ, 歩みを運ぶ) are rare. Added sense. |

Comments: | But you could use 運ぶ if it was a fleet of ambulances taking the injured from the train crash. That said, I agree it's a problem having "take" in that gloss, as it's rather polysemous (in English). Best omitted. The other glosses cover it well enough. |

Comments: | I think "carry" covers that usage well enough. You wouldn't use 運ぶ if you're taking someone to the hospital for a scheduled operation, for example. |
