we try to avoid entries that start with particles and this is already obvious from the meaning of 引き替え

Bold change, but I can't find any source for "conversely". Also, 引き換えに seems to always come after と so I don't think that seperate entries are needed.

I'm no expert.
Tanaka has three 3rd person examples for 亡夫; that's why I thought "my ..." was too restrictive.
We already use "one's ..." for 亡兄, 亡弟, 亡児, 亡妻, 亡妹
gg5 uses "my ..." and/or "one's ..." for the 亡~ words
2. A* 2016-06-19 09:22:36  Jim Breen <...address hidden...>
  Comments:
Most of the JEs have "my ..." or "one's ..." for these 亡X words. ルミナス says "内は格式ばった語".
I don't think we really have a suitable tag to indicate that it's an in-the-family sort of word. Our "fam" is a bit different. The amended versions could be interpreted more widely than is the case. Maybe "(one's) late father", etc?
