Comments: | I don't think "confectioner's card" is used in English (failed to find results, although found a few for "dough scraper card"). The correct term seems to be "dough scraper", and the more common Japanese words seem to be ドレッジ, スケッパー, スクレーパー, so this might be short for ドレッジカード. It's not clear to me that the item that this refers to is also called a 'spatula' in English though. |
