This thread is a fork. 3 days ago I put in an edit moving it to enamdict as two entries (ケセラセラ & ケ・セラ・セラ).
I don't think it's a real expression in either English or Japanese - it's a song title. The Wiki article shows it goes back a long way.

I think エミシ should probably come before えぞ. and maybe sense 2 should be split out?
