Adding reference. "United States Capitol" sounds odd to me, but I guess it's what's used.

Capitol Hill is a neighborhood (and an actual hill) in Washington, D. C. at the summit of which sits the United States Capitol. Much in the same way that the US media will refer to executive branch of the US Government simply as "the Whitehouse," often the legislative branch is colloquially referred to as "Capitol Hill" since the collective offices of the various members of the House and Senate as well as the Capitol itself are located there.

I think this looks OK.

I think "iK" is a bit strong. From what I'm seeing n WWW pages and images 献華's usage is almost entirely in Shinto contexts, and 献花 is used in secular/other religious contexts. I'm suggesting a note, but the entry could be split with tailored glosses.
