I suspect the use of 気障 (きざ) is just indicating what puts one's teeth on edge.

I must point out that this entry is very confusing to a non-native speaker of English, because it is not clear which of these tooth-related glosses is a metaphor and which is literal. Would there be a non-tooth-related gloss available somewhere?

Also worth pointing out that there is the word きざ appearing in most Japanese definitions which is not apparent in this entry.

I think the amendment is kind of problematic because while 
many native speakers will assume that 人身事故 refers to a 
suicide, it is actually used for all kinds of traffic 
accidents resulting in personal injury or death, whether 
intentional suicide or not. It's not a euphemism, it's an 
umbrella term.
