i think 積立 is one of those words that technically shouldn't be written without okurigana unless it is part of a kanji compound.  not sure if it means that 積立 is [io] or not

The gloss (still) troubles me a bit. ますます really just means "more and more" and amplifies the verb/clause it works with. It's only when they refer to something declining that it gets the "decreasingly; less and less" meaning.
I don't know how to bring that out in the gloss - maybe another sense with a note?

Daijr has "責（め）馬・攻（め）馬". GG5 only has 責め馬 (0 ngrams).

Ngram ordering

責める and 攻める have different meanings.  yahoo.co.jp and goo.ne.jp no longer seem to offer daijr, so i can't confirm the presence of 攻め馬/攻馬 there; all of my sources have 責め馬/責馬 only, which jives with the meanings of the kanji.  if it's not in daijr, i think they should be moved to the end and marked as iK.

in modern Japanese. I think they are largely historical.
