I found a number of hits referring to sense 3 in English as "looping", but it wasn't a term I'd ever heard of. If someone wants "to loop" as a gloss, it should probably be the second or third one in sense 3, to prevent confusion.

to do

I think "to do for" is the least felicitous of three alternatives:
- to do
- to do for
- to do for you/him/her/etc.
The [hum] tag already suggests the "for you" part.
.
- "to express" is appropriate here as a more formal alternative to "to say"

-痞える is not iK (in meikyo, gg5, nc). i suggest splitting it out as a specialized use of つかえる. all dics suggest it only applies to feeling emotional weight on one's chest, etc.
-i suggest 閊える be the first entry to help distinguish from ささえる, which is certainly what one's first impression is on seeing 支える. gg5 doesn't even bother with 支える as a headword for this, and meikyo says that it really only applies to this (archaic) sense: 「差し支える」の古い言い方. this also means it is probably best to move the ichi1 tag to the new first headword, but that shouldn't be problematic since this is [uk] anyway, and therefore the [ichi1] really applies to the reading rather than the kanji

Quite happy to disconnect 小父ちゃん from おっちゃん. Should おっちゃん go in its own entry? I think it could stay here as a [nokanji], as indeed the new おいちゃん could go here too. Alternatively, おっちゃん could be added to the おいちゃん entry.

I suggest splitting out おっちゃん. I think saying it can be written with 小父ちゃん is a stretch (though I'm sure the version of nikk that was online on kotobank at the time suggested that that was the case). it's not listed in daijs' entry.
