Merging 2448990 (真先). It arrived in 2009 and I didn't check it properly, but I think it's an "io" variant of 真っ先. It gets 20k in the ngrams. まっ先 is in the Japanese-Dutch dictionary as part of the 真っ先. It gets some ngram hits.
