Comments: | It would help the novice to have a cross-link between the above and the following:- 依然として 【いぜんとして】 (exp, adv) still; as yet; as of old; (P) I think that it would help in the search process. One can find "依然" and "として" and add them up, but where there is a need to include both as separate entries it would help understanding to have the link. In view of the common use of "として" following some kanji, it is likely that not many searchers will search for "依然として" unless they were looking in Text Glossing. Maybe both entries could be combined, but I would prefer the linking. |

Comments: | I don't see 荒業 as this sense in any other dictionary, but I just happened across it used this way. Our two options seem to be: 1. Lack of support from other dictionaries is considered reason for [iK] (which is what I've done tentatively) 2. Combine this entry and 1671400 (which is what I actually lean towards). In that case, I believe we'd want the kanji and meanings as follows: 荒業;荒技 [1][n][荒業] physical labor; physical labour [2][n] drastic move (e.g. hold or strike in martial arts); power technique; display of power |
