When I searched for that nothing came up; except the following RH:- 一わたり【ひとわたり】 (?) ???; RH Google hits are not great, at some 4k, but it is only suggested as an addition to an existing entry. Also I have put "glancing" in brackets because it seems that its meaning is not "glancing through" except in context. Glancing through seems to be more like "ひと渡り見る". However, in context, "一渡" used on its own could well mean that, but one cannot easily spell out context in a dictionary except by expressing the context in brackets.
