we have more -的 adjectives without the [n] then with.
the [n] shouldn't really be there, should it? I don't see how
these words can be used as nouns.

i think the note could be useful but having checked the regs, i probably wouldn't word it as it currently is (noting that it was originally my summary of another submission). if 服む is kept here, i would definitely keep that part of the note though. however, we could split 服む out into its own headword as we have already done for 喫む

I think there's possibly a discussion needed on the POS tagging of 形容動詞 such as this one. The JEs are unanimous about it being an adjective. The 国語s say things like "名 ・形動" (Daijirin). The ngrams show scant evidence of it being a noun (handful of は, が cases).
I'm comfortable with "[adj-na,n]" and glossing it as an adjective. At least it's showing we are acknowledging whats in the 国語s.

I really don't think we can expect our users to understand that "as たって" (or "as ~たって") is supposed to refer to a verb in the past tense +って. I think we should be explicit.

Also, I think we should get rid of the たって entry, even if it's in the kokugos. I don't think it makes sense in a wa-ei dictionary. I'd much rather we covered that use here. I don't think anybody encountering [past tense verb]+って is likely to arrive at that entry rather than this one.

__
I think "indicates supposition" was a bad take (it was mine).

I asked a native speaker if you could say のりにがす and the
response was a non-committed "hmm, 言えないことないんかな?"
I think it'd be better as an io in のりのがす
6. A* 2013-10-28 23:30:52  Jim Breen <...address hidden...>
  Comments:
I suspect it's being read as のりのがす.
I just want a home for 乗り逃がす (which came up in a Tatoeba sentence). I could merge it into the 乗り逃す as an "io", or have it here and xref. (I like having fairly full 形容動詞 coverage.)
5. A* 2013-10-28 01:41:01  Rene Malenfant <...address hidden...>
  Comments:
ah, wait. comment above was about 乗りにがす. many more real google hits for 乗り逃がす. but given the confusion between のがす and にがす, are people actually reading 乗り逃がす as のりにがす?
4. A* 2013-10-28 01:35:07  Rene Malenfant <...address hidden...>
  Comments:
with only 12 real google hits, i kind of question this one. i think it may be an incorrect usage (should be のり~の~がす) modeled after the sound pattern of 取り逃がす. also possibly based on reading confusion between 逃がす and 逃す. probably not common enough to be worth capturing, IMO.

めっぽくもあり、自分もしたりされたりしました。あれは、今の子供たちもしてるのです
か?"
  Comments:
talked to two 20 something natives of northern Osaka
(Takatsuki) who said they used to say "やんぴ”, but also to one
60 year old native of the ミナミ area who said they used to say
"やんぺ" when he was a kid.
