This is confusing, b/c it’s conflated with shiso in English; glosses are as follows:
* The most common name to distinguish them seems to be “wild sesame”, as per WP.
* In Japan and the US it’s mostly found in Korean food, and the distinction between shiso and egoma is usually explained as “shiso is used in Japanese food, egoma in Korean”, so giving “Korean perilla” as a gloss instantly conveys this.
* It’s used for oil and noted as such (oilseed) in the technical/farming literature, and this helps convey “this is the sesame used in sesame oil” w/o 
* “egoma” is the Japanese name; I’ve never heard it in English, but it gets a little bit of use (quick web search) and pairs with “shiso”, which gets a lot of use.

I quite see the point you are making, and indeed GG5 has a single おばさん entry with two senses. It tags one sense "【伯母さん･叔母さん】" and the other "【小母さん】". Merging our two entries would violate our 2/3 merge rule, as they are really two distinct terms which happen to share a reading. Most if not all dictionary clients will display both entries when you search for おばさん, and I think that's the way it should be.

I have not change the above because there may be a reason for not doing what I am suggesting. I the text which I was reading, it simply stated "おばさん". Searching on your site I got the above and also the following:-

First, I am suggesting that "小母さん" is merged with the above in order to keep all options under the eye at one time, for example:-

伯母さん；叔母さん;小母さん 【おばさん】 (n)[hon,fam] (1)aunt [note="伯母さん is older than one's parent and 叔母さん is younger"] (2) old lady; ma'am [note= "小母さん vocative"]

In addition, the "小母さん" seems to come up with meanings like middle aged lady, when looking at Google, but there does not seem to be too much consistency in kanji; only the reading seems consistent whether spoken or written.

It would help the novice to have them all together with the variety of meanings and kanji distinguished in a manner similar to the above suggestion.

My first reaction was that it's just 放送 + 分(ぶん), i.e. part of a broadcast, but I see its use in sites describing radio programs is in places where it seems to mean the X月Y日 edition of a program, which is not what I took it to mean originally.
It could be a useful entry, but we need a good solid translation first.

I am not too sure about this submission in so far that I cannot find any basic translation, except for “broadcast minutes”. However, in context usage, that cannot really fit unless some period of minutes is quoted. The usage is high as confirmed by Google hits and by radio usage. Maybe it is just a short form for something longer, but I cannot see any reason for that in context. Maybe it is idiom or technical usage. In my mind, I have settled on the usage which I have stated above and, if that is correct, then all that remains is whether or not you wish to include it. In my way of thinking, if a searcher wants to know the meaning of “放送分” because it has been seen on the radio broadcasting websites, then it would be helpful to be able to look it up on your site.
