Of the JEs only GG5 has them, with 然れば/しかれば and されば (no kanji) entries. They don't really overlap, but for しかれば, it has a sense matching しからば.

In view of the meaning relating to "にや", I thought again that there could be an entry for "にやっ" on its own, then with "にやっと" it could be applied to concepts perhaps other than laugh; as potentially seems to be the case, but I cannot myself find a clear reference point. In any event, it would make my search for "にやっとした" possible if it were included.

I don't intend to waste you time on this, but when "にやっ" comes up on its own in text, it presumably has a meaning of its own.

Saw in kyōgen, written as 居り候う but actually derives from 御入り候(ソウロウ).
It’s marked as yodan (in koj), though currently has 〜う ending, from 〜ふ

"物申案内申" seems to have been used in at least a few kyogen plays (釣狐, 呂蓮, 塗師), but I don't think that's enough to draw any conclusions.
As Robin said, the kokugos define them identically ("ごめんください", etc.)

物申: 案内を請うときの言葉。(daijr) / 江戸時代、人の家をたずねて案内を請う時に言った言葉。(smk)
案内申: 他人を訪問したとき取り次ぎを請う言葉。(daijr) / 訪問して取次を頼む時に言う語。(koj)

In the comments on 案内申, Nils says that 物申 is for announcing one's arrival and 案内申 is for asking to be shown inside but I'm not seeing this distinction in the kokugos. 案内 and 取り次ぎ mean the same thing here.

This is a bit subtle, and both are basically “hallo”, but 案内申 comes second, is compared with 頼もう & 取り次ぎ, and is the next step.
(I’m interpreting these two as “Hello, I’ve come” or “Pardon, please show me in” etc.)

This gets a fair number of Google hits. It is only a + b, but the problem for the searcher is the reading. Is it "ひと" or is it "いち" or what in front of "突きする"? I know Rene believes that the searcher should look up such things eleswhere. I know there is a limit to what one can do with such matters. Perhaps one should have the entry for "一" giving a fuller explanation of all the options and most usual outcomes in terms of usage. Of course, we don't have this problem in dictionaries generally because when one get the sound of "one" for "1" that is all one really needs within reason.

I hesitated before making this submission because I somewhat guessed the result, however when I dicovered the high number of entries with "一" as the prefix, I thought that I would give it a go, for example see a small selection of other existing entries:-
