Hi, I believe that 生理的 can also have a sense like "instinctive" or "visceral", and I'm not sure the current definitions, which sound quite medical, quite reflect that. Also, "physiologically" seems the wrong part of speech?

I found it interesting that 'agarikamachi' is the reading that found its way onto the web when it's referred to in 'English', and あがりかまち is the reading used in 和英 dictionaries but あがりがまち is the primary (and often only) reading given in 国語 dictionaries. Everything does seem to be in order as it is, though.

It has a good number of Google hits. The principle of a + b probably applies. And, as Rene, states, if you don't know the standard readings for the suffix one should look elsewhere.

However, you do have the following on site:-

太い鉛筆 【ふといえんぴつ】 (n) broad pencil
太い腕 【ふというで】 (n) big arm

so maybe this submission would not be out of place in the main dictionary.

not in sankoku. no yourei examples. 0 ngrams. not on eijiro, mainichi.jp or twitter, except for in the title of a playing card/game (懇到の騎士).

nikk and daijs both list 懇切, which is super-common, though possibly more broad.

The first reference gives a definition and reading for the term as teh second to
last entry on the page. The second show the definition of the English equivalent.
The last shows that ナイフプリーツ is the same as 車ひだ (which seems to be
more common than 車襞)
