1 result on all of reddit is a false-positive. no news results, no twitter results.

"frank" seems to be pointed at a no-longer-common connotation of the word.  I can be frank with someone who I don't like at all, and am totally uncomfortable being around(frank = direct-and-to-the-point. "let me be frank"). The weblio ref puts "frank" next to "open" (which I've added) and "candid" which is better, but also has connotation issues.  I think "unreserved", which hints at   打ち解けない = reserved, works better.

In addition to meikyo, "胎む" is also recorded in kanjipedia and gendai reikai. I don't think there's a problem with making it [rK].

You can find even more kanji forms (胚む・娠む・姙む・肧む) for this word if you look through various kanwas. I think we have to draw a line somewhere.

The Wikip page for this says it's read "しゃかやく". It used to say しゃげやく, but was changed earlier this year. The reason given is "日本国語大辞典", but I can't find it there. I think it's a case of confusing しゃげ and しゃか. The combination of 瀉下薬/しゃげやく leads 瀉下薬/しゃかやく by 100:1 in hits.
