	Comments:	It was in the text which I was reading and Kenkyssha's meaning, as above, fits context. Your [A] link gives "We just have to do it." Google shows a good number of hits. The hits on Google using "遣るっきゃない" is very small. Your site picks up the "なきゃ", but it does not seem to pick up the "ゃ" following other stems as the above. Maybe there should be an entry starting with "ゃ" in much the same way as you have done "やしない (aux) (col) (や is from は and しない is negative of する) (usu. used after -masu stem of verb) emphatic negative (verb)"; which is itself a helpful entry when one is wondering about things like "言いやしない" because the total expression does not come up on a search. However, when one searches first for "言いやしない" and then progressively deletes the starting characters, etc., one by one, eventually one get to "やしない" and then it makes sense.
