As far as possible the meaning(s) should be established in the gloss(es). Having a 19-word amplification attached to the first gloss is a sign that something is amiss, especially when it repeats what is already in other glosses.)
I'm grouping related glosses, and I agree with Rene that an example like "e.g. when having difficulty expressing oneself" is not really appropriate as the word can used for all sort of irritations.

clarify sense further, with more examples; hopefully usage is clear now. (GG5 gives 3 examples of irritation at people being clumsy, so it seems worth noting.)
This is tricky b/c AFAICT it’s got pretty narrow usage, but equivalent English terms are pretty broad (e.g., neighbor’s dog barking is irritating, but not in this sense).

i'm moving the e.g. to the first sense, because that's generally where they go.  but to be honest, i'm not sure it adds much here.  this word can be applied to many situations.  once again i think it falls into the "to eat (e.g. tomatoes)" kind of example

Out of the first 10 hits on Google for the word, 6 explicitly 
deal with cryptology, while 1 more is on attacking computer 
vulnerabilities (so pretty much the same thing, I guess?). The 
remaining three pages are documents from the kantei on "武力攻
撃事態等における我が国の平和と独立並びに国及び国民の安全の確保に関する法律")

I just added it based on the appearance in the yomiuri article 
(where I first saw it), and the fact that the first few hits 
on google dealed with cryptanalysis, so it seemed to not just 
be a standard application of -法 but also often be used with a 
more specific meaning.

i'm not sure even the e.g. is necessary.  攻撃 applies widely and therefore so would 攻撃法.

as a standard ~法 entry without dictionary support to back it up, i don't think this entry is really necessary

This seems a pretty regular XX+法. Glancing at Google hits I see it being used for baseball, go, etc., so I think the "esp. crypto..." would need a good case to be made.
