Comments: | 籍を入れる feels a bit odd. GG5 has one example with it, and a couple with 籍に入れる. There are plenty of Google hits for both. The 中辞典 example above doesn't mention spouses. I can see examples of 籍に入れる being used for children, e.g.: 欽也は尾道へ戻ってきて、赤ちゃんが生まれる前に結婚し、赤ちゃんを自分の籍に入れると説明しました。(Blog above). I suspect your qualification is not really appropriate. I also think if this one stays, we should have 籍に入れる too. (I see ルミナス has: 彼女はまだ籍が入っていない. You have quite a choice of particles.) |

Comments: | I really don't think we can expect our users to understand that "as たって" (or "as ~たって") is supposed to refer to a verb in the past tense +って. I think we should be explicit. Also, I think we should get rid of the たって entry, even if it's in the kokugos. I don't think it makes sense in a wa-ei dictionary. I'd much rather we covered that use here. I don't think anybody encountering [past tense verb]+って is likely to arrive at that entry rather than this one. __ I think "indicates supposition" was a bad take (it was mine). |

Comments: | I've found this link above which amongst various meaning for どんびき it gives "turnoff", "cringe at", "gross". examples from the link: (turnoff) : この温泉はとても汚いです。ドン引き! >> This hot spring is so dirty. What a turnoff!! (cringe at) : 彼の攻撃的な言葉に私たちはいつもドン引きさせられます。>> His offensive language always makes us cringe. (gross) : 彼の部屋でたくさんのゴキブリを見たのですか?ドン引きですね。>> You saw a lot of cockroaches in his room? That’s gross. I don't know about the reliability of this reference, so instead of suggesting a change I'll just leave this here as "data" for others to decide. |

It fits in with the following entries:- 蟹缶; 蠏缶 【かにかん】 (n) canned crab 牛缶 【ぎゅうかん】 (n) canned beef However, perhaps there is a case for non-inclusion of this suggestion and also the deletion of the above two entries, but I would be pleased to see as many examples as possible included. |

Comments: | Just confirming René's comment about adding お. In traditional female spoken language お got added to all sorts of things - often to foodstuffs. We heard it all the time when we were living in a provincial city in the early 80s. It's material for a lot of comedy routines where the おばあちゃん uses words like おやくざ and calls Nara "おなら". |

Comments: | It was in the text which I was reading. It has masses of Google hits. It is obvious really, but you had the entry awaiting promotion so, hence, this submission. It is not in my travelling dictionary, but Google images tells all. |

Comments: | From automotive engineering. Sorry, not 100% on the reading but I got it from a Japanese automotive engineer so I'm reasonably confident. |
