Comments: | I think ksb is plain wrong, can't recall ever hearing anybody use it in Kansai where I've now spent more than a decade of my life. I've only heard it in anime and dubs for "stereotypical old person talk". Also one or both of the comedians in the duo 千鳥, who both hail from Okayama, use it. Same note could (should?) go on じゃろう |

Comments: | I sat on this proposed edit for a while. No references or other support is provided, but it basically chops 8 senses down to 5. I see GG5 has 6 senses for this and Dair/s have 7 each. I think the best thing is simply to reject it. The entry possibly could do with some tweaking but as usual, there needs to be a case made. |

Comments: | As per 注射痕 and ブレーキ痕 (both of which I’ve seen). This has some connection/overlap with あと(跡 迹 痕 址) entry, but reading こん and use as suffix (rather than as independent word, possibly modified by verb or の) are distinct, and only the kanji 痕 appears to be used here – it’s potentially rather confusing. |
