Actually I thought that was in all along, but when I checked yesterday it wasn't so I added it. All "adj-i" adjectives will now get that xxxさ match applied.
It's not a problem with the regular lookup.
I'll leave this open for a day or so, then close it off.

I question whether "serum" is an English word that can refer to liquid cosmetics.
I suspect it's Japlish.
In OED, I don't think there is a sense of "serum" that is similar to 美容液:
