* Add [fld=food]
* Add reading おしたし
Saw at supermarket (in kana, as おしたし).
This is a corruption of おひたし (from 浸す).
It doesn’t appear to be region-specific – saw at supermarket in Kyoto, but as per reference, it’s also found in Tokyo, so I’d conclude it’s just for general ease of pronunciation, as in ばわい.

* Clarify and add examples – specifically *aquaculture*
* Add pos [n-suf] (e.g., 真珠養殖 – many more in GG5)

Narrow meaning not obvious from characters (just seems like “cultivation” generally), and got this wrong in class (I said ×米を養殖, which is like *“rice culturing”); read in article on shrimp farming.

An alternative is to drop 更衣 entirely from this entry, and add ころもがえ to 1593475 (sense 1). They were once the one entry with several restrictions, and were split in 2008 at Scott's suggestion.

Specific usage note is:
【3】「坊さん」「御坊」「お寺さん」は、親しみをもって尊敬していう語。「御坊」は、現在では、あまり用いられない。
  Comments:
* Marked as [hon,col] b/c, while honorific, it is somewhat more casual and conversational (esp. compared with お寺様).
* Heard from an older (50s) Kyoto woman, who stated that it was 関西弁/京都弁 – many 〜さん forms are more common in Kansai, but I’m not confident of this, so haven’t marked as [dial=ksb].

Saw at supermarket (as おしたし).
This is a corruption of おひたし (from 浸す).
It doesn’t appear to be region-specific – saw at supermarket in Kyoto, but as per reference, it’s also found in Tokyo, so I’d conclude it’s just for general ease of pronunciation, as in ばわい.

Most refs only give “bean” sense; koj gives “pea” for Fukushima and Niigata.
koj also specifies “bean” as specific to 山陰地方 and 愛知県 but this is too narrow (I saw this in Kyoto, at the supermarket (on green beans)) (in fact, same item as おしたし, so 2 new words for the price of 1).
Thus, I’d consider “bean” as common variant (non-dialectical), while “pea” sense as dialectical, which I’ve marked in the glosses.
