"不理な" gets 84 results on bing, but they all seem to be iK for "不利": "内容はこちら側に相当不理な内容です。", "腸内環境には不理な食 事ですよね。", "購買力平価での比較は、円が独歩高なので不理なのは当然で す。", "ただ中小企業にとっては戦局不理な時代である。" So probably arch (rather than obsc?). |

The latter says: "the principle of no adjudication without prosecution. I don't know why the "dubious" note was added.
