My suggestion about splitting out the int sense got buried in the edits. All the kokugos have a separate int entry. Do we want to do the same?

Those euphemisms could possibly be consolidated into one sense, but hardly worth it.

I realized a lot of articles use "アレ" as 
clickbaity "this thing (will make her 
aroused!)" etc. In these cases, "that thing" 
is a better translation than just "that"

Where does the "period; menses" sense come from? Isn't it just an example of あれ being used to refer to something without using the word/name (like the "down there" sense)?
The "over there" sense isn't archaic. Possiblt dated but prog has an example.
