Split off separate sense for “lump in tissue” as opposed to muscle stiffness – distinguished in こり／しこり, and reasonably different senses.
Heard as しこり in school, referring to a lump in a breast (as in cancer), same example as in GG5.
Also added [uk] (except for [1]) – GG5 egs are in kana, and teacher had never seen しこり in kanji.

I ran across this word, and it's not in the jmdict. I found numerous mentions on google, including http://kadenfan.hitachi.co.jp/rei/lineup/r-c6700/feature/05/index.html and http://www.toshiba.co.jp/living/refrigerators/pickup/gr_d62f_07.htm and http://www.sharp.co.jp/support/refrigerator/faq_hot-ko_3.html, which are all pages about refrigerators, but at my reading level, I can't tell for sure if 製氷室 means "refrigerator" or some variation thereof (refrigerator w/ice maker, refrigerator/freezer, freezer w/ice maker, ice maker, etc).  Perhaps you know?
