I wouldn't object if  シャーチャ was dropped.

I don't think a [nokanji] tag on シャーチャ is right since it's just the Chinese reading of 下家 rather than an independent surface form. The corresponding Chinese reading on 上家 (シャンチャ) also doesn't have a [nokanji] tag.

I agree with Paul that these entries would be better without the Chinese readings altogether.

We have the Chinese readings of numbers separate from the Japanese entries because [lsrc=chi:] was considered sufficient reason to separate them. Technically, calling しもチャ fully [lsrc=chi:] is incorrect, and calling this [lsrc=chi/p:] is incorrect, so there is at least some reason to separate the two. Even if this were actually used, a case could be made for separating it purely for the sake of accuracy regarding etymology (which is what the people against シモチャ and カミチャ were arguing for). But in this case, it also allows us to indicate that this is obscure (which I have seen absolutely no evidence is not the case).

I don't think this is necessary as a separate entry, and I 
don't think it would create confusion to include this in the 
main しもちゃ entry. Realistically, there are loads of entries 
that have a second reading that goes virtually unused (without 
necessarily being ok or ik).
