It should have [nokanji]; that is the purpose of [nokanji]. If this reading is of Japanese origin (and I'm nearly certain that it is), then there's no difference between 三色同順[さんしょくどうじゅん,サンショクドウジュン(nokanji)] and any of our animal names like 鴨[かも,カモ(nokanji)].
-
The only time [nokanji] should be omitted for katakana is when the word is of foreign origin, which makes katakana the "correct" way to write it in kana.

I don't think "bundle selling" is right.
The links above show another common use of the word. ヤフオク listings often have this notice: "本商品は店頭と併売になっており、入札以前に商品が販売されてしまう可能性が御座います."
This is slightly different from the second sense in the kokugos (which I'm not sure how to translate).

Same as rejected 愚民共 (2745500), it's A+B. If we wanted to have an entry showing an example of 共【ども】 sense 2, 野郎ども/野郎共 is the most common in my experience (2.2M + 1M hits). I'm neutral on whether 野郎ども might be worth it due to number of hits, so rather than rejecting, I'll leave this open for now for other opinions.

This maybe a + b, but with the various meanings associated with "ども" and "とも" being added to the preceding text, the above meaning fitted perfectly with the text which I was reading and it gets a fair number of Google hits. Maybe it would help a searcher to conclude that the addition of "ども" may not just be something like "even bad people".

going by nikk, かい would be clothes worn on the lower part of the body (e.g. trousers) and したごろも would be clothes worn under another piece of clothing (したぎ).   Comments:
We have the Chinese readings of numbers separate from the Japanese entries because [lsrc=chi:] was considered sufficient reason to separate them. Technically, calling しもチャ fully [lsrc=chi:] is incorrect, and calling this [lsrc=chi/p:] is incorrect, so there is at least some reason to separate the two. Even if this were actually used, a case could be made for separating it purely for the sake of accuracy regarding etymology (which is what the people against シモチャ and カミチャ were arguing for). But in this case, it also allows us to indicate that this is obscure (which I have seen absolutely no evidence is not the case).
2. A* 2012-10-23 01:18:19  Marcus Richert <...address hidden...>
  Comments:
I don't think this is necessary as a separate entry, and I
don't think it would create confusion to include this in the
main しもちゃ entry. Realistically, there are loads of entries
that have a second reading that goes virtually unused (without
necessarily being ok or ik).

However, for what it's worth, my IME's autocomplete prefers
あがりぱい over あがりはい. I think it's probably just wrong.

I've ordered the kanji forms based upon google n-gram counts.
I'm a little suspicious of 上がり牌 since I don't see it in any
formal dictionary (they seem to prefer 和了牌), but it does get a
respectable amount of usage on twitter.

The n-gram counts for アガり牌 are low, but a twitter search
shows that it's not uncommon.
