Comments: | I think 志っぽく should be a separate entry. I suspect it's a totally different thing that happens to be pronounced the same. Googling for "卓袱" + "志っぽく" gets a handful of pages which are all asking what's the difference between them, or explanations that one is a Nagasaki cuisine and the other a Kansai dish. |

The text which I was reading would fit "feather". Your reference [A] gives "feather, feathering and pencil". If one takes the concept of "feathering", then the Google Images may well also fit.
