i'm inclined to leave it this way.  kokugos have 卓袱 for sense 3, but 志っぽく definitely turns up more relevant google image hits for that sense.

I think 志っぽく should be a separate entry. I suspect it's a totally different thing that happens to be pronounced the same. Googling for "卓袱" + "志っぽく" gets a handful of pages which are all asking what's the difference between them, or explanations that one is a Nagasaki cuisine and the other a Kansai dish.

The text which I was reading would fit "feather".
