Fixed. When a kanji headword occurs in more than one entry, the example links can and do go to the wrong entry. They can be qualified by including the reading. The solution was to make sure that the sentence indices contain "機関(きかん)", which stops them from being associated with this one.

The example sentence showing for this entry refers to a 
different word with a shared, alternate kanji (機関（きか
ん）) and is thus irrelevant to this entry.

I've noticed quite a few places where the final 道 is dropped from names like 宮崎自動車道.

I suspect it's not really mainline use of 走る, and perhaps the "vi" should stay there are the general rule.

that would hint at a context, but if you look at the bottom of that page,
you will notice that my entry was not "etc." but "(etc.)", which very much looks like

I think this is a case where making it an infinitive is probably overdoing it.

Okay.  Do you think it needs to be rewritten to take match the verb PoS?  Or is it not necessary to phrase the "verbs" that also have an [exp] PoS as infinitives?

I can see Scott's point. It's often 疑問が残った/etc.  Clients like Rikainchan apparently only match on inflected forms if the dictionary entry has the POS. I suggest putting the "v5r" in. 
BTW, I see heaps of 疑問が残された/疑問が残されて/etc. That seems to imply a version: 疑問が残す, but gets minimal hits.

There's a bit of inflection going on with the Xのよい forms. Would it be better to leave them as "adj-ix"? I can easily flip them to "adj-f", but in cases like 調子のよい that doesn't seem completely accurate.
