With 暢 not being a 常用漢字 I'd keep the form visible. Probably not rK either.

流ちょう is more common than what we'd normally consider to be [rK],
but maybe we should hide these 交ぜ書き forms regardless? Just
something to consider. (Personally, I don't have a strong opinion
either way).

It is an odd one in that the parts mean plump + plump. That said, the two forms get over 20,000 n-gram counts between them, GG5 uses it in 7 sub-entries/examples, etc. etc. It's plainly a stock expression. I'd rather it were kept.

This is probably the only [adverb]と[verb] entry in jmdict. I think both this and 丸々太った should be dropped.

The existing translation above (to increase speed) seemed to have too narrow a meaning for the context in which I came across 高度化, so I Googled it and found the above reference for "拡張 (高度化)". I wonder, however, if 高度化 is context dependent and could potentially mean almost any type of significant improvement, not just in speed or function.

ヒレグロベラ is incorrect.  actually refers to 'Bodianus loxozonus', the "blackfin hogfish".  (the confusion likely arose from the fact that the names B. hirsutus and B. macrourus were also formerly misapplied to that species too).  we already have an entry for ヒレグロベラ, so removing it from here

小学館 uses the term "lumber." In a plain English dictionary, the meaning of "lumber" reflects your original translation. Plus, the word "lumber" has a good feel about it, for example:-
He was a big guy. He came lumbering down the High Street. People seemed to instinctively step out of his way. He came like a lion on the prowl.
I would also suggest that "lumbering" is included in the following entry:-
