Most kokugos have this expression.
The smaller dictionaries describe it as fussing over the well-being of others (他人の世話…; 他人のためにばかり…) at the expense of one's own well-being. They don't really mention the "specialist skills" aspect. I'm not sure how accurate that gloss is.

I am quite happy with the original 秋涼し/あきすずし entry, and I agree with Scott that there should be a new entry for 秋涼/しゅうりょう. 秋涼し is in both Daijirin and Koujien. Is it really an adjective? The Koj gloss looks like a noun to me (秋になって、風の音、水の流れなどに涼気を感ずることをいう語。)

as best as i can tell, 秋涼し is one of those adjectives edict doesn't support

which seems to be pretty strongly associated with a single 120-yen dish sold

I think むうっと comes from an unabridged edition of Nikkoku. I'm not seeing it in my edition (or the one on Kotobank). Given the low counts, I think we can make むーっと and むうっと search-only.
I assume that the unabridged nikk is also the source of the "slowly (exhaling smoke)". I suggest dropping it and replacing it with the "力を入れて，唇をとじるさま" sense in daijr (and nikk).
