Added (new) meaning #2; supplemented meaning #3.  The entry for 滑る in the dictionary breaks it into 5 nuances/uses: するすると進む；なめらかですりぬける；地位が下がる；落第する；うっかりしゃべる. Since JDIC already has a separate entry for 口が滑る, I've omitted the last usage and have tried my best to incorporate the other nuances with this entry, but please change it as appropriate/necessary.

I propose to drop こくきょう altogether - it's an outlier reading, and just split off こっかい. 
I think くにざかい can stay here - all the refs say it's a reading of 国境 with the same meaning as こっきょう. Some refs also have 国界 for it.
