NN = New Nelson. I added a list of the JE kanwas recently.
As I commented: "Note that these are included as examples of the use of kanji and are not necessarily common or topical. Many of the examples in the Nelson dictionaries are quite old and are not really suitable as dictionary entries." I don't mind a Nelson-derived form going into an entry with an "oK" tag, but they shouldn't be the whole basis of an entry.

ロールタイド
1. [exp]
▶ University of Alabama's rally chant "Roll Tide"

History:
5. R 2010-10-23 00:12:50  Jim Breen <...address hidden...>
  Comments:
サンキュー and ファックユー are expressions commonly used in Japanese. ロールタイド is not. The only use I can find in Japanese is as a racehorse name. In the latter context I have added it to the name dictionary, with a comment that it is also the University of Alabama's rally chant.
4. A* 2010-10-22 23:42:02

Just sayin, you guys have ファックユー and サンキュー. Just toss in
some Roll Tide and we be all good baby!
3. D 2010-09-13 02:54:34  Jim Breen <...address hidden...>
  Comments:
It gets reasonable Googits, but apparently it's also the name of a racehorse.
2. D* 2010-09-12 19:56:54  Rene Malenfant <...address hidden...>
  Comments:
i can't imagine this ever being used in anything other than an obvious context, and since you can take ~any~ english phrase and put it into katakana, i think this should be rejected/deleted
1. A* 2010-09-11 18:56:15
  Comments:
There is a large Japanese presence on the University of
Alabama's campus resulting in this being a popular phrase to
write/say.

it doesn't seem that uncommon, but it fails the other prong of my test for how idiomatic something is: 'eijiro has it'. gg5 doesn't have it either

i could go either way, leaning towards 'unneeded'
2. A* 2010-10-24 03:00:24  Jim Breen <...address hidden...>
  Comments:
These sorts of adjective+noun formations are problematical. If they are not common and obvious from the components, my inclination is to leave them out, despite them being in Eijiro, etc. If they are very common, or have a rather idiomatic meaning, then they should go in.

I'm inclined to leave this one out. Other views?
