Adding because 外人向け is in here. It's A+B, but also super common, so... add this, or delete the other one?

"for foreigners" is super common as a gloss.  I want to say "aimed at", "designed for", but in practice these are situational and not so common. xref offers them as a suggestion, and explains the term.

It's funny, Japanese teachers are always berating us foreigners for saying gaijin, but we use it to describe ourselves all the time (at least, the otherwise well-treated Americans certainly do).
