On Twitter, most uses of "ノールックで" are not sports-related. I don't think we need to tag it as a sports term.
I think a second sense is helpful here.

Seems to have originated from sports (━パス, ━ショット), but is also used in other contexts (━買取). I think it can still be considered sports jargon, though. Most google image results show baseball players.
