Looks ok. The ngrams are from 2007, but current www counts are rather low too.

『順子の真ん中の牌が多く膨らんでいるような形から「中ブクレ」と呼ばれ、順子の端の牌が2枚以上ある場合は亜リャンメンなどと呼ばれる別の形になる。』

Here's another citation from Kindai Mahjong supporting the "abstract" definition of 亜リャンメン and its symmetry with 中ぶくれ.

Sorry for the repeat submissions. I'll try to sit on these new entries for a little longer before making an initial submission in the future.

I saw on Wikipedia that this more abstract sense is also referred to as "端膨れ" (in contrast with "中膨れ"; see seq #2854255), but it doesn't seem that anyone actually uses this term. It doesn't return any Google n-gram counts (unlike 中膨れ) and it only turns up in a handful of tweets. So I'd say it's probably not worth including.

  Comments:
I think the Google counts are misleading. Both 亜リャンメン and 亜両面 are each mentioned in over 100 tweets in the past 100 days. あリャンメン and アリャンメン also get some hits on Twitter.

The second gloss refers explicitly to the リャンメン within the 亜リャンメン shape. The third gloss is more abstract but, as the Kinma reference explains, an 亜リャンメン shape can also be interpreted as a composition of a complete chow (順子) and an incomplete pair (タンキ), which doesn't have anything to do with リャンメン at all. This abstraction is useful when discussing tile shapes generally, but the specific interpretation can also have a real impact on the score of a hand (タンキ wins are worth more minipoints than リャンメン wins; see: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Japanese_Mahjong_scoring_rules#Fu_of_waits). So that's why I think it's worth including both glosses.
