Adding "imperial" which is in the Buddhdic entry.
I think it's a bit different with religious terminology, where there are often "standard" terms that are a bit opaque to people outside the religion. I think this one seems to work satisfactorily.

when "protector monk" is coupled with an expl, it makes it seem as if that's an authorative translation actually used in English literature. If that's not the case, I'm not sure we should include that gloss?
