It appears that there are two meanings for マンシェット (from French 'cuff'):
- as per the reference, what you wrap around a chicken so you can hold it
- also, what nurses, etc. use to wrap around a patient's arm when checking their blood pressure

This latter meaning is not mentioned in the reference, but is mentioned e.g. here: https://dictionary.goo.ne.jp/word/マンシェット/

Note I'm not sure what either are called in English.
