昨年、テレビやワイドショーなどで一時話題となった「ロジハラ」。会社の上司やパートナーが正論を振りかざし、相手を知らないうちに追い詰めてしまう行為のことを指します。私が部下に指摘された「合わないやり方の押しつけ」も、人によってはロジハラと受け取ることがあるようです。

読者のなかには「正しいやり方を教えて何が悪いのか」と思う人もいるでしょう。私も、その意見には完全に同意します。正しいことを言って傷つく人はあまりいませんし、上司からのフィードバックが正しければ、多くの部下はしっかりと飲み込んでくれるでしょう。

　では、なぜ「ロジハラ」が生まれてしまうのか。私は、正論を言うことが悪いのではなく、部下の価値観や不安などを無視し、正論を「押しつけてしまうこと」に問題があると思っています。つまりロジハラは、『自分のやり方が正しい』と暗に押し付けてしまう「共感ハラスメント」なのです。

Roji-hara is, according to one site, the act of “cornering and chasing someone down with a logical argument.” In other words, it’s not just about simply making a logical argument. It’s about using “logic” to continue to press one’s point regardless of the other person’s feelings.

ロジハラとは
ロジハラとはロジカルハラスメントの略で、正論を突きつけて相手を追い詰めることをいいます。
セクハラやパワハラと同じように相手が心理的に圧迫されて仕事に支障が生じやすいため、ハラスメントの一種と捉えられています。
