Read the rest of the Nikkei article, apparently the intonation is not the same as in ksb: 
"SNSを介して広がったことの裏付けとなり得るのがアクセントだ。関西で使われる「言うて」は1音目の「ゆ」が高いのに対し、若者言葉のゆうてには
高い音がない。字面だけがネットで広まり、独自のアクセントで読みあげられるようになった。"

I'm not sure the filler note is needed (based on the description in the Nikkei article)

I'm a little "weirded out" by this (for lack of a better word) because ゆうて is orig. Kansai-ben of 言って, something I hear often, but 
I've never heard it used like described above.

I don't want to add every single sense from 言う and try and give them conjugated glosses, what a nightmare of an entry that'd be, but 
if we allowed for entries without definitions (which I think is planned for JMdict 2.0?) I'd like to add a sense that looked something 
like this:
