I'd like to have something to distinguish it from the 御体/おんからだ entry, and also because it's in some kokugos. Maybe this will work. There could be a note about ごたい/ぎょたい being archaic. |

AFAICT that reading/meaning is rather specific to Christian services in Japan, so a merge is not possible. |
