We need to decide whether we follow that pattern for these ツ/つ cases, or align them with the "correct" readings. I'd be happy to stay with just having つ in the reading. They're all rather marginal.
Either way, it'd be good to clear these entries. |

In our 八つ橋； 八ツ橋entry, we only have やつはし as a reading
same with 箇所 カ所； ヶ所； か所； ヵ所； ケ所 but the only reading is かしょ (i.e. there's no カしょ) |
