Yes, the n-grams are a bit old now (2007 for Google, 2004 for KM), and may miss common recent formations. Raw Google WWW counts are close to useless - this is the firm advice of senior people at Google. For しごおわ Google initially reports "About 58,000 results", but only initially shows 40 results. The Twitter results are interesting and more contemporary, so I'm inclined to accept it on that basis.

Looks like int to me?

The n-gram data is from 2007 so presumably this expression is a lot more common now than it was then.

I am not sure how that n-gram works since the one on that editorial page is outdated, but google lists over 4M results, and the twitter search shows it being used alot
Additionally ばおわ is in the 実用日本語表現辞典

Sorry. By "Not sure it makes the grade" I meant that its low n-grams count and absence from references means it's probably not worth including here. See: https://www.edrdg.org/wiki/index.php/Editorial_policy#Is_it_worth_including.3F
