I'd prefer adj-f here.
I don't mind using wadoku as support for there being an entry, but they are rather looser about letting things in than we are. I don't know how closely things are vetted. I know the founder, Ulrich Apel, quite well, but I don't know how closely he is involved.

I think citing wadoku is quite similar to 
citing eij or wikipedia. I think we're all 
clear they are not as authorative as the 
kokugos, so I don't see it as a problem.

Our other 〜すべき entries are either exp or adj-f. Daijr has 愛すべき as 連語 (exp); shinmeikai has it as 連体 (adj-pn). It would be good to settle on one.
By the way, I don't think dictionary projects like Wadoku, JMdict, etc. should use each other as references. It's like Wikipedia citing Baidu Baike as a source.
