Technically true, as I said before. However in both the US and elsewhere they are usually just referred to as "Justice".

My understanding is that on the US Supreme Court, all but the Chief Justice in America are Associate Justices of the Supreme Court.

Inferior appeal and trial courts such as the Federal Circuit Court (like the 9th Circuit over West Coast and Hawaii) are never referred to as “Justices” but as Chief Judge and
Associate Judges, despite the fact that most law is actually created in the Circuit Courts and not in the Supreme Court.

  Comments:
They are usually called "Justice", but I think the precise term is "Associate" to distinguish them from the Chief Justice. In Australia, and I think the UK an "associate justice" is a lower level appointment, so it sounds a bit odd to me, hence the suggested parentheses.
